Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (USA only)

We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Transit time

After the order leaves our warehouse, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days via standard ground shipping.

Shipping cost

We offer free shipping on all orders – no minimum purchase required. No additional handling fees.

We randomly assign a carrier that best meets the delivery speed and destination. Carriers may include:

You will see the final carrier name on your tracking label.

Order tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking status to update.

Lost or stolen packages

Once the carrier confirms delivery, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier directly. For issues caused by an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, you may be charged a reshipment fee.

Shipping restrictions

Certain hazardous materials (aerosols, flammable liquids, etc.) cannot be shipped. We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates shipping regulations.
