30‑day return window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. This complies with Google Merchant Center’s minimum requirement.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused, unworn, and unwashed
In its original packaging (including tags, boxes, poly bags if applicable)
Free from any damage caused by the customer (except for items that arrived defective or with quality issues)
Non‑returnable items (final sale)
Gift cards
Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons – unless unopened in original sealed packaging
Clearance items marked “Final Sale”

We provide free return shipping for all eligible returns. No restocking fee is charged.
How to return

You will receive a prepaid return shipping label (by email).
Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop off at any carrier location specified on the label.
Use the original or any sturdy box – the prepaid label covers the return cost.

Refund processing time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 2 business days of delivery), we will process the refund:
Refund initiation: 1–2 business days after inspection
Time to appear on your original payment method: 7–10 business days (depends on your bank or card issuer)
Defective or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order, you are still covered by the 30‑day policy. We will refund the full purchase price and any original shipping costs (if paid, though all our shipping is free). Please contact us immediately with photos of the defect.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, simply return the original item for a refund (free) and place a new order.
